Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in Paris, at 0745h (07:45am) and travel in a private car accompanied by a driver/ guide.
Travel along the "Route du Champagne," which crosses the little villages where the small champagne producers live and work. The tour includes 2 small estates for multi-tasting and either one large house or 2 more small estates (except Sunday afternoons).
For the large estate you can include either Billecart-Salmon, Taittinger, Veuve or Pommery. You will meet family producers who will show you a variety of the range of grapes and styles.
As the tour ends, you will have all the knowledge about the the grape varieties found in Champagne and how each changes the taste.
