    Meeting Point

South Security Entrance of the Eiffel Tower (Allée des Refuzniks, 75007 Paris) .Your Concierge will be wearing a yellow beret holding up a bright Yellow Flags that say Guided Eiffel Tour.

    Ending Point

The tour finishes at Eiffel Tower Second Floor.

Meet your guide just outside of the South Security Entrance to the Eiffel Tower. Begin the journey of climbing the 704 steps over 30 flights. There might be a line to the stairs but it will be much shorter than the waiting line in front of the elevator.

As you start ascending the stairs, learn about the French civil engineer Gustave Eiffel, who built the Eiffel Tower. As you take a walk around the tower at ground level, your guide will regale you with fun facts about the iconic tower as you take a stroll around. Know about the tower's original colour, twinkling lights and individuals who made history with their daredevil stunts.

Stand on the new glass floor and behold the City of Lights stretching out beneath you. Experience the world of the tower via a multimedia interactive exhibit and short film, if time permits. Browse through your free "Follow Gus" activity booklet, enjoy a snack or rest before you continue on your way.

Start climbing the stairs to the second level and observe the changing landscape as you keep going higher. Behold Paris from a fabulous vantage point as your guide keeps up an enlivening commentary about the monuments and districts such as Montparnasse, Les Invalides, the Sacre-Coeur, Notre Dame, the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.

Take a lift from the 2nd level up to the Summit. See Gustave Eiffel’s office, restored to its original condition along with panoramic maps. Make your way to the Champagne Bar and make a toast to your glorious accomplishment!

After enjoying the panoramic views, you can take an elevator back to street level. Continue sightseeing on your own for the rest of the day.
