One for the Movie lovers. You’ll tour the sites that help bring the best out of Paris. Remember the bar in Amelie? Or the streets scenes featuring Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge? Both were filmed in the area. Your guide will show you the places that have inspired the filmmakers, reveal the secrets of shooting in Paris and show you why the city itself is often the scene stealer! About your guide

For Meeting the French, touring the Eiffel tower is 'old school'. They don't herd you onto a bus and have you driven to the famous sights. Oh no, they focus on intimate and original experiences which celebrate the French lifestyle and culture, helping you to see the real Paris. The city they call home.

    Here’s the plan…

Enter the district that has influenced film-makers for decades. For the next two and a half hours, you’ll be uncovering just why Paris makes for a perfect cinematic scene stealer.

With your expert guide on hand, you’ll discover the places that have featured in some of the best-loved movies. Remember the bar in Amelie? You’ll be seeing that. Loved Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman? It was filmed in the Montmartre district. Perhaps you can picture Owen Wilson in Midnight in Paris? You’ll be taken to the key places and learn about why this area is so influential. It won’t be long before you understand why Paris herself is just as famous as the movie stars.

The tour is not complete (well you have done a fair amount of walking,) without a drink stop at either La Bonne Franquette or the Brasserie des Deux Moulin. If you love your movies, then you’ll love this tour.
