Instructions for visiting Louvre Museum: Once you get your Pass, you need to connect to the following website: https://www.ticketlouvre.fr/louvre/b2c/index.cfm/pmpevent/eventCode/PMP, make a booking (for free) for a specific visit date/entry time, by entering your surname, name and the PMP serial number indicated on your Pass. On the date of the visit you must present your Paris Museum Pass, along with a document that confirms your reservation of the Louvre Museum. The entry to the museum is via the Glass Pyramid.
Children under 18 and EU citizens under 26 have free access to most of the museums and monuments.
They are usually closed on Monday or Tuesday, 1st January and 1st May.
The “skip-the-line” aspect of the pass cannot always be guaranteed in certain sites operating an access system that requires the production of a free ticket or when there are security checks in place or limited regulated access for security reasons.
Exceptional closing hours and free admissions (strikes, national holidays, etc.) will neither prolong the duration of the pass, nor entitle the holder to a refund of one or more days.
The Pass gives the right to only 1 entry to each site, regardless of the duration of the Paris Museum Pass.

The Paris Museum Pass is a good value if you intend to visit several museums in only 2 to 4 days. It saves time by not having to stand in line to buy tickets at the museums. We purchased the 2 day Pass. If you plan to only visit one or two museums per day, the Pass may not be worth the money but it is still very convenient. For example, the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and Versailles take several hours each to truly fully enjoy.
