The statue of Henry IV, in the middle of Pont Neuf- at the western end of Ile de la cite. Pont Neuf is the bridge that links Ile de la Cite to both the left and right banks of Paris. The statue is of a man on a horse sitting in the middle of the bridge.

Meet the tour at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Head to the famous Île de la Cité district to begin your tour. Come face to face with 2000 years of history as you walk through the island. The Île de la Cité district was once home to kings and the hub of world-changing political uprisings. Hear the gruesome histories, revolutionary rivalries and romantic interludes of the Île de la Cité from your expert guide. Take in lovely views over the River Seine’s UNESCO-listed banks.
You will next visit Notre Dame. Hear the many fascinating stories held within the walls of Notre Dame and admire the imposing towers and beautiful Gothic stonework. The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Victor Hugo’s 19th-century masterpiece, was inspired by the famous cathedral.
You’ll be awe-inspired by the impressive gargoyles and the mighty organ and lofty bell towers. Admire the archways, buttresses and statues of the cathedral and gain an insight into the turbulent history of the cathedral from your guide.
After the cathedral, you will then visit Sainte Chapelle, a former chapel of King Louis IX. Built in 1248, Sainte Chapelle is home to thousands of square feet 13th-century stained glass, two-thirds of which are restored originals. This Parisian gem is a major tourist magnet, but with this skip-the-line tour, you can simply skip the lengthy queues and spend more time enjoying this majestic edifice.
The tour ends at Sainte Chapelle, after which you can continue sightseeing on your own or make your way back to the hotel.

This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. City Wonders cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress.
Non-flash photography is permitted in both Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle.
Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather.
France’s tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. Skip the Line Access and careful planning limit our crowd exposure, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours. There is a security line at the Sainte Chapelle with a bag scan that all visitors must pass through.
On some occasions Notre Dame may be closed at the last minute for religious services and events. In this case customers will be offered a free rebooking of this tour or a full refund.
