See the Eternal Flame, pay your respects at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, or go straight to the rooftop for a sensational view of the Paris skyline. Whatever you choose, you’ll soon realize there is more to do at the Arc de Triomphe than just looking at it. And, by skipping the ticket booth, you’ll save time so that you can do it all!
Widely considered a neo-classical masterpiece, the Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile, or the Triumphal Arch of the Star, has been at the very heart of Parisian life for almost two centuries. Napoleon’s remains passed under it before interment. Victor Hugo’s body was displayed here as well. With such a rich and seemingly endless history, you absolutely must see it if you wish to return home triumphant. The Arc de Triomphe is open daily
