Travel by coach to the Eiffel Tower, where your tour group will skip-the-line and go straight to the second level. You will have plenty of time to enjoy wonderful views of Paris.
The next part of your itinerary is a one hour Seine Cruise with commentary. Many of the most famous Parisian landmarks lie along the banks of the Seine. On this cruise you will enjoy wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame and more.
Many of the Paris landmarks are beautifully illuminated after nightfall. On this last part of the tour you will be taken by coach to see some of these spectacular illuminated buildings.
These include:
• Place de la Concorde: This is the most popular square in Paris with a pink granite obelisk which is almost 3300 years old. It was given to France by the viceroy and Pasha of Egypt. The female statues adorning the four corners of the square represent France’s eight largest cities.
• Champs-Elysees: This Paris avenue is one of the most famous streets in the world, with cinemas, cafés and fashionable boutiques. At the very heart of Paris, it is one of the most symbolic places in the city, representative of its spirit and glory.
• The Paris Opera: The most important opera house in Paris and an extremely beautiful building.
• The Arc de Triomphe: One of the most famous monuments in Paris, this great arch stands at the western end of the Champs-Élysées. The Arc de Triomphe is engraved with the names of generals who commanded French troops during Napoleon's regime.
You will return to the original departure point at around 2215h (10:15pm).
